1. ACCEPTANCE THE USE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. CREDIT CARD/PAYMENT DETAILS
Your Credit Card Details/Payment details are not stored by us. All reciepts and payment of the website will be automatically debited or credited to the Wallet. User can request for withdrawal from the wallet. Only on request of user, PNJ Hub will processed the withdrawal within 45 days of request. Commission will also be credited to wallet. Any amount added to wallet will not be automatically refunded back in case user account is disabled. Minimum amount in order to request for withdrawal should be Rs 2000.

4. PAID SERVICES
Website is available and viewable freely for public but website services and many website functions including service delievery, chat with experts, C suite hiring, Space sharing , Forum , Education programme in various existing fields of services like Merger acquisition, legal dispute, corporate governance, real estate advisory, taxation, vaastu, Interior designing etc. are paid as well as new field of services will be introduced time to time which will be fully paid. Professional/ vendors/ experts should take into account out of pocket expenses towards travelling, printing, stationary, taxes applicable for output services and other government expenses while giving quote. As the quote should be including all ancillary out of pocket expenses as well as taxes.
5. Commissions
PNJ Hub is charging commission for website functions including service delievery , chat with experts, C suite hiring, Space sharing , Forum , Education programme in various existing fields of services like Merger acquisition, legal dispute, corporate governance, real estate advisory, taxation, vaastu, Interior designing etc as the list mentioned below.
Service delievery- 20%, Office space- 20%, Education programme- 20%, C suite Hiring-20%, Chat with Experts- 20%.
Besides the above mentioned commission, which will be charged by PNJ Hub, there will also be commission offered to users for referals equivalent to 10% and franchisor commission 10% which can be revised and published from time to time.
All commission is including taxes as applicable for the commission services.
6. Space Sharing
For Client: PNJ Hub is offering the space listed by the users on the per hour paid basis. PNJ Hub is relying on the information/ Documents/ Availability/ Amenities/ Facilities/ nearest distance landmarks provided by the user while listing. PNJ Hub does not authenticate or validate any such information.
Client contact details and vendor contact details will be shared with each other. Client should reach the place atleast 30 min before to validate the information and in case of non validation, the client can cancel the order and take refund of the amount in the wallet to use for other premises.
This terms and conditions stand valid agreement for lease and there will be no security or upfront lock in period.
If the client misuses the property or holds any illegal activity, he will be refused to access the premises immediately and PNJ Hub shall stand no liability on the loss or rent paid by the client.
For Vendor: PNJ Hub is relying on the information/ Documents/ Availability/ amenities/ Facilities/ nearest distance landmarks provided by the vendor while listing. PNJ Hub does not authenticate or validate any such information.
This terms and conditions stand valid agreement for lease and there will be no security or upfront lock in period. In case any information found invalid or wrong or miscommunicate, the property will be immediately removed from the listing.
We understand the client and vendor will interact for the location map and landmark details before visiting the premises and reconfirm the availability.
In case vendor deals with the client directly or indirectly for any future bookings liability of commission for PNJ Hub shall automatically binding.
Vendors should take into account out of pocket expenses and other government expenses while giving quote. As the quote should be including all ancillary out of pocket expenses as well as taxes.
7. Chat with Expert
For Client: PNJ Hub is offering the chat with experts on the website on paid per 5 min basis. PNJ Hub is relying on the information/ Documents/ Availability/ Achievements/ Snapshot/ Area of Expertise provided by the user while listing. PNJ Hub does not authenticate or validate any such information.
Client should visit the dashboard to initiate the chat atleast 15 min before scheduled time, the client can cancel the order atleast 1 hour before initiation of chat and take refund of the amount in the wallet.
Chat initiated once, if terminated due to any server or internet problem, PNJ Hub shall stand no liability on the loss or amount paid by the client.
For Expert: PNJ Hub is relying on the information/ Documents/ Availability/ Achievements/ Snapshot/ Area of Expertise provided by the expert while listing.

For Client: PNJ Hub is offering the Higher level management experts on the website to be engazed on a day basis.
PNJ Hub is relying on the information/ Documents/ Availibility/ Achievements/ Snapshot/ Area of Expertise provided by the expertswhile listing. PNJ Hub does not authenticate or validate any such information.
Client should interact with the professional before availing his services on booked day. PNJ Hub shall stand no liability on the loss or amount paid by the client.
For Expert: PNJ Hub is relying on the information/ Documents/ Availibility/ Achievements/ Snapshot/ Area of Expertise provided by the experts while listing. PNJ Hub does not authenticate or validate any such information.

9.CHANGE OF USE
We reserve the right to:

11. Service Delievery on Milestone basis
For Client: PNJ Hub is offering the Higher level management experts on the website to be engazed for professional services on basis of 4 milestone divided with 25% of the contract amount.
At each milestone, one milestone payment will be provided by the client to website in advance. At each milestone completion, experts will submit the document to client and website. At 3rd milestone, experts can discontinue the work and PNJ Hub team will take over. At any Milestone, client can raise dispute and PNJ Hub will restore the service of client.
PNJ Hub is relying on the information/ Documents/ Availibility/ Achievements/ Snapshot/ Area of Expertise provided by the experts while listing. PNJ Hub does not authenticate or validate any such information.
Client can not take refund of the money once booking is processed. Client service restoration and optimum quality is the responsibility of PNJ Hub.
For Expert:
Expert has to follow professional conduct and due care and due dilligence in performing professional services.
In case expert deals with the client directly or indirectly for any future assignments, liability of commission for PNJ Hub shall automatically binding.
Experts should take into account out of pocket expenses and other government expenses while giving quote. As the quote should be including all ancillary out of pocket expenses as well as taxes.
12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 The Website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

For student: PNJ Hub is offering the E certification programme. PNJ Hub will provide the Ebook as well as Video tutorial and allowed access for free chat credits as well as apprentice training.
Student should visit the dashboard to initiate the chat credits as well as apprentice credits and utilize it according to convenience of Mentors. Mentors are offering free services so student has to give full respect and obey the instructions of Mentor fully.
Credits booked for, if remain unutilized due to absence of student or tutor on the scheduled date and time. PNJ Hub shall stand no liability on the loss or amount paid by the student.
PNJ Hub will be issuing certificate on basis of feedback received from the tutor. Website shall stand no liable for any internet or server issue with the student in availing the credits or downloading ebook or video tutorial.
Fees charged by PNJ Hub from student are inclusive of taxes as applicable to education services.
(a) commit to purchasing or using a Service without paying; (b) sign up for, negotiate a price for, use, or otherwise solicit a Service with no intention of following through with your use of or payment for the Service; (c) agree to purchase a Service when you do not meet the Service Professional's terms as outlined in the Posting, or agree to purchase a Service with the intention of disrupting a Posting; or (d) misuse any options made available now or in the future by PNJHUB in connection with the use or purchase of any Service.
If a Service User violates any of the above-referenced rules in connection with his or her Posting, PNJHUB, in its sole discretion, may take any of the following actions: (a) cancel the Posting; (b) limit the Service User's Account privileges; (c) suspend the Service User's Account; and/or (d) decrease the Service User's status earned via the Feedback page.
Subject to any exceptions set forth in these Terms of Use or Additional Policies, if any, Service Professionals shall not: (a) list Services or offers relating to any Service in a category that is inappropriate to the Service they are offering; (b) misrepresent the location at which they will provide a Service; (c) include brand names or other inappropriate keywords in their Profile, Offer, Want, Feedback, or any other title or description relating to a Service; (d) use misleading titles that do not accurately describe the Service; or (e) include any information in their Profile that is fraudulent.
Subject to any exceptions set forth in these Terms of Use or Additional Policies, if any, Service Professionals shall not: (a) offer a catalog or a link to a third-party website from which Service Users or any Registered User or user of the Website may obtain the Service directly; (b) exceed multiple Posting limits; (c) post a single Service but offer additional identical services in the Service description; (d) charge fees for traveling further than desired to provide the Service; (e) offer the opportunity through PNJHUB to purchase the Service or any other service outside of PNJHUB; (f) use their Profile page or user name to promote services not offered on or through the Website and/or prohibited services.
In case we realize that any professional is involved in any of the above activities, PNJHUB holds the sole discretion to blacklist the professional and withhold any outstanding credits or payments to the professional.
Each Registered User hereby acknowledges and agrees that PNJHUB is NOT a party to any oral or written Agreement for Service, Negotiation Worksheet, or any contract entered into between Registered Users in connection with any Service offered, directly or indirectly, through the Website. Each Registered User acknowledges, agrees and understands that PNJHUB only seeks to provide a platform wherein the Service User and Service Professional can be brought together and PNJHUB itself has not role in the execution or provision of Services.
You will not send messages to other users containing:
